Preparing legal documents not only limited to Legal Notices, Complaints, Plaints, Suits, Claims, Written Statements, Writ Petitions, Appeals, Case Papers, Affidavits etc., for civil and criminal legal proceedings, under various statutory laws for and behalf of the company legal contracts, corporate resolution, settlement agreements, motions, deeds, MOU, legal notices, miscellaneous applications and correspondences in response to extra judicial claims.
Adept in preparing legal briefs and opinions, skilled in evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of case; possess profound verbal communication skills to present the case in an influential manner in the court; good interrogative skills to collect appropriate information from the witnesses and the clients
